With space to comfortably sleep up to 6 members of your family or friend, this three bedroom and 3.5 bathrooms feature the following sleeping arrangements:

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will get back 80% of the amount they've paid . If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund (unless we will be able to rent the property again for the full term of the original reservation)
the 20% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes) will be not refundable in any case.
• Early departure does not constitute a refund in any case.
• No refunds will be given for storms or bad weather
IN CASE OF A HURRICANE
If there is a threat of a hurricane approaching, refunds will be granted only under the following conditions:
When a "mandatory evacuation order" is issued by the Local Authorities for the area of residence where the property is located. Starting from the day, the authorities order a mandatory evacuation until the Hurricane Warning is lifted: We will refund any unused portion of rent only during the above time.
We suggest all the guests purchase travel insurance to protect their deposit.
Cancellations must be in writing

We booked this property quickly since our stay on Vanderbilt beach was cancelled by the hurricane damage. It turned out to be a great property. We loved the proximity to the beach and to the Publix grocery store where we got out snack and lunches for the beach. Also, we walked 1/2 mile to all the restaurants downtown. The kitchen was so well organized and stocked! The beds were very nice as well. Loved the beach supplies provided. We would definitely stay here again!
We went with my mother and my children. The house was perfect for the five of us, and walking distance to everything we needed!
We had a lovely time in this home. We loved having beach supplies there that we could use!!
Prior to finalizing down payment, we were granted early entry to rental. After payment in full was made with no cancellation, they cancelled our granted early entry.
My family stayed at Lauderdale by the sea and had a great time.
The place was very clean and neat. So close to the Publix grocery store and to the beach. Highly recommend staying here. The town is so nice. A lot of very good restaurants and cute shops. All walking distance if you don't have a car.
Great location!! Close to the beach. Can walk to many locations. Loved having the Publix grocery and a cute little boutique close.
Super clean and updated. Had beach towels and chair available. My first Vrbo and the process went pretty smooth and easy.
A great place if you need to get away and relax! The location was easy walking distance to the beach, grocery store and pharmacy, and to a good selection of restaurants. The townhome was clean and well maintained inside. I only wish the patio and grill would have been better taken care of. There were enough branches and leaves piled along the fence line that we were concerned we might meet an "unexpected visitor" out there so we decided not to use it. The grill had also been left uncovered and dirty so we chose not too use that either. With that to say though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is a beautiful place and wonderful location!
This property is beautiful and very well appointment. It is as nice as the pictures. The beach is 1.5 blocks away, and the heart of Ft Lauderdale by the sea is a beautiful 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.
Amazing location walking distance to the beach and the restaurants by the pier. The rental was fully equipped and very nicely decorated. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it
