The place was very nice close to everything we wanted to do I think the kitchen could have been a little cleaner as the blinds were greasy and the stove hood . Called Debra to get screened door fix as cylinder came off but seen nobody all in all had a great time

The home was clean and neat and the furnishings were fine. A couple of things that we would have expected was a dishwasher and more importantly, a garbage disposal. When we arrived at the home on March 24th the garbage odor from the previous guests in the trash barrels was very putrid. After their trash and recyclables were picked up on Monday, the barrels stilled had a strong odor. We hosed out the barrels and put chlorox in them to reduce the smell. The pool was clean but at first looking into it, we thought it was full of algae but realized it just needed a lot of maintenance. All in all, our visit was fine. Our concierge, Debra, was wonderful and attended to any problems or needs during our stay.

¡Alquilamos esta casa por un mes y la disfrutamos muy bien! La casa está limpia y bien equipada y se adapta bien a cuatro personas. Perfecto con piscina para niños pequeños.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Even though our first reaction was disappointing. The exterior needs some paint and fixing. The pool, while crystal clear and well serviced, needs repainting.
The only serious disappointment was the listing said TV in every room and cable. The level of the cable package was the lowest level and pretty much included just local channels and shopping channels. Not reasonable for someone willing to pay $3000 for a 2 week stay. I went out to Walmart bought a $50 ROKU and had 1500 channels to choose from. Including most of the common cable sites.

Many of the issues we found were easily fixed with a screw driver or paint.

I don't want to leave the impression we disliked this property, we loved our time there. The service provided by the property owner and her staff was excellent. The interior was above standard and lovely. We would return. My comments are more an attempt to offer constructive critique than complaint.
