Travelers who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will get back 80% of the amount they've paid . If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund (unless we will be able to rent the property again for the full term of the original reservation)
the 20% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes) will be not refundable in any case.

• Early departure does not constitute a refund in any case.
• No refunds will be given for storms or bad weather
IN CASE OF A HURRICANE

If there is a threat of a hurricane approaching, refunds will be granted only under the following conditions:

When a "mandatory evacuation order" is issued by the Local Authorities for the area of residence where the property is located. Starting from the day, the authorities order a mandatory evacuation until the Hurricane Warning is lifted: We will refund any unused portion of rent only during the above time.

We suggest all the guests purchase travel insurance to protect their deposit.
Cancellations must be in writing

Family Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to everything you would need with grocery stores, restaurants, etc. just down the street. The cable and WiFi did not work the first three days of our trip, which was inconvenient and unfortunate......but Sabrina was great with communication and getting it fixed as quickly as possible. Kids enjoyed the pool daily and the beach was only a 10 minute drive, which we also went to twice. A nice getaway and experience.

If you need to escape with your family as we emerge from the COVID pandemic, this is the place.

The title says it in a nutshell. My two adult daughters joined my wife and I. Except to enjoy dinners outside, we stayed at the house all week sunbathing, reading, swimming, and relaxing. It was a perfect escape for us. Thank you for sharing your home.

Very Nice Stay

The property was well located, and the back pool/waterway made hanging outside enjoyable. The TV was fairly confusing with 3 different remote controls. Other reviewers have noted a lack of basic supplies, such as trash bags, but the owners noted this upfront, so it was not a surprise. We would definitely stay there again!

This house is sooo big and we loved our stay here !!

Its exactly like you read in the listing and it´s very clean and both the inside and outside area is fantastic !!

We loved the pool by the canal and the big bedrooms and all the space we had !

The manager Sabrina answered our questions very fast and she is very nice.

We will rent again, I am sure and we recommend this house warmly !!!
