When a "mandatory evacuation order" is issued by the Local Authorities for the area of residence where the property is located. Starting from the day, the authorities order a mandatory evacuation until the Hurricane Warning is lifted: We will refund any unused portion of rent only during the above time.

"Family Vaca"
An absolutely beautiful place! Easy access to the ocean although not right on the beach. We loved the spacious condo and the fact that one bedroom was downstairs away from the others was perfect for our older son! 3.5 bathrooms were a real bonus. Well stocked with plenty of different cooking utensils!
"Nice Holiday"
Very nice vacation rental condo, fairly well maintained, with some traffic noise at certain times. Great if you love the Beach.
"Short getaway"
I had reserved this property for my brother and his family. I ended up crashing it for a few days! The house is clean and modern with lot of natural light. The only negative I found was the lack of cooking utensils and all the knives need sharpening. Other than that, it was a great place.

This is a nice property. Very safe feeling neighborhood. Beach access is close by, pool and hot tub are nice. You do have to drive to most attractions other than beach. Very spacious condo.

We stayed for one week and had an awesome time. Check in was a breeze and place was very clean when we arrived. The townhome had everything we needed and was a close easy walk to the beach. The pool was nice and clean and we enjoyed swimming a few times. Property management was prompt to answer any questions we had. We would return again!
"Great Getaway spot close to the beach !"
We had a wonderful time at this property! Everything was very clean and as advertised. The beach is barely 2 blocks away! The pool was also great! It was shared, but felt like we had it to ourselves. Every time we went to the pool we were the only ones there. The furniture at the pool was very nice and looked newer as well. There were beach chairs left in the garage for us to use which was nice. They weren’t in amazing shape but they did the trick! There were only a few downsides to this property. One is it is very close to the road and so it’s really loud to sit on the patio. The space at the pool definitely makes up for it though as there is ample seating and a few patio tables. Another thing was the place was not in tip top shape (which is to be expected with it being a rental property). Just a few minor things like a few dings in walls, the white walls a little dirty and could use a fresh coat of paint, and the couch was a little bit worn. The only other drawback is the dressers in the master bedroom were very small. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have a little bit more space in those to be able to unpack our suitcase and settle in a little bit for our 7 day vacation. All in all, it was a wonderful property and I would highly reccomend it to anyone!!
