Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will get back 80% of the amount they've paid . If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund (unless we will be able to rent the property again for the full term of the original reservation)
the 20% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes) will be not refundable in any case.

• Early departure does not constitute a refund in any case.
• No refunds will be given for storms or bad weather
IN CASE OF A HURRICANE

If there is a threat of a hurricane approaching, refunds will be granted only under the following conditions:

When a "mandatory evacuation order" is issued by the Local Authorities for the area of residence where the property is located. Starting from the day, the authorities order a mandatory evacuation until the Hurricane Warning is lifted: We will refund any unused portion of rent only during the above time.

We suggest all the guests purchase travel insurance to protect their deposit.
Cancellations must be in writing

Very clean and great location

The house is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants, ice cream, shops. We especially enjoyed the backyard with the big pool and tiki hut where we ate lunch and supper many times. We shared the backyard with the neighbours who were very kind. Overall we loved it!

Very relaxing

I felt like everything was as listed and shown in the pictures but even better. Very roomy (4 adults, 2 teens) so no one felt crowded. We were at the pool out back every day, so relaxing. The beach really is only 2 min away and very sandy versus having tons of shells to walk on/over. Very close to restaurants and stores for supplies (we did 2 or 3 Dollar Tree runs. Lol). Had a nice time and was quite relaxing.

This property met all our needs. We were on a family vacation with 3 teens. Property is super close to the beach about 5 min walk across the street. House had boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler, etc to use. Downtown Lauderdale by the Sea is walkable as well. Safe enough for teens to venture out downtown with friends. Pool was heated and backyard was fun to hangout and fish (fishing poles on property). We had the pool to ourselves since the short term tenant had just moved out. House was older, but clean with lots of space for all of us. House had a large kitchen fully stocked with cooking equipment/tools, we decided to have Easter dinner at the house instead of going out. Communication was great with Sabrina. Would definitely rent again!

This is a nice family friendly place to stay! The retired couple next door were friendly and easy to share the pool with. The house had everything you need to keep house and the home was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being close to shops and the beach! Would stay here again.
