If there is a threat of a hurricane approaching, refunds will be granted only under the following conditions:
When a "mandatory evacuation order" is issued by the Local Authorities for the area of residence where the property is located. Starting from the day, the authorities order a mandatory evacuation until the Hurricane Warning is lifted: We will refund any unused portion of rent only during the above time.

Wonderful place!- as advertised. Fantastic Location- within walking distance to beach, bars, restaurants. Will definitely rent again if in the area with my family. Host-Sabrina- very responsive when contacted via text, email.

We have vacationed in LBTS for years (as my husband was raised here) usually on El Mar. Agree with previous postings regarding this property/location. The backyard was the HIT here.... Just Gorgeous. Sabrina was awesome...Some tiny recommendations for improvement to get five star review:
Replace shower curtain in Master bath as it was ripped
Replace the missing toilet paper roller in second bath
Replace missing light bulbs
Label remote for fan/ceiling light over dining table
Overall, our stay was WONDERFUL....It was nice to spread out in a home. We meet the nicest neighbors from Wisconsin, Sweden and Buffalo....LBTS, itself, is small and walkable to shops and restaurants. That is why we prefer to stay here.
