On the top floor, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest bedroom with a full bathroom on the top level.

The house is simply amazing, modern, clean, spacious, and has all the amenities you can think of. Best of all, the beach is across the street. We had a great week at this property. It has a good amount of space, the pictures are accurate.
We made all of our meals at the townhouse, so it was very nice that the kitchen had far more than just the basics. The only complaint I have is that they didn't have good knives. Prepping food with crappy knives is annoying. But overall that complaint is small and the property still deserves 5 stars.
"A Great location by the Beach"
The property was great for our travel purposes as we mostly just wanted to have quick/easy access to the beach and a grocery store. The Publix is less than 350 feet from the condo and the beach is about a 7 minute walk. The condo looks just like the pictures - very spacious and clean. I would suggest the hot water situation be checked out - especially for the master bathroom - but otherwise it was a good find for us.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! It was close to any shopping that we needed and very near the beach. It came with all the amenities you might need and even included beach towels and beach chairs. The owner was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. We highly recommend this property!
