THIS PROPERTY HAS VIDEO CAMERAS AROUND THE HOUSE AND IN THE POOL AREA; HOWEVER, THE POOL AREA WILL BE OFF DURING THE VACATIONER'S STAY.

If there is a threat of a hurricane approaching, refunds will be granted only under the following conditions:
When a "mandatory evacuation order" is issued by the Local Authorities for the area of residence where the property is located. Starting from the day, the authorities order a mandatory evacuation until the Hurricane Warning is lifted: We will refund any unused portion of rent only during the above time.
Deposit Policy

"Beautiful ! Like staying in a hotel !"
This was the best house we have stayed in ! Its absolute beautiful, open space kitchen and living room and big bedrooms like hotel rooms !
Its very clean and even better than the pictures in the listing ! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything and a nice dining area ! Mattresses in the beds are very comfy, the linens and towels smells new. We all loved the pool table and bar in the game room. Outside is a very peaceful and nice area with the canal view and a lovely pool. Evenings are great in the backyard with the bbq !
Manager Sabrina is very nice and helpful and easy to get in contact with.
We will rent this house again for sure !!
