Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in writing.

Should the Vacationer cancel 90 to 61 calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period, the rental deposit of 25% of the rent, excluding taxes, is forfeited, but other deposits shall be returned.

Should the Vacationer cancel 60 or fewer calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period, the total rental amount, excluding taxes, is immediately due and payable without further demand.

Should the Vacationer cancel 91 or more calendar dates prior to the first day of the Rental Period, the deposit, less a $100 administrative fee, will be returned.

We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

Early departure does not constitute a refund in any case.

No refunds will be given for storms or bad weather

Deposit Policy

Thank you for booking with us! Please note that we kindly request a deposit equal to only 30% of the rent (without taxes) to secure this booking for you!

We enjoyed this rental very much! It is in a good location and close to everything and by a beautiful canal!

The whole house is spotless and sanitized; we felt very secure.

In the kitchen, there is everything you need, and the appliances are clean and new. This is a great and open kitchen!

All beds are comfy, and linens and towels are new and nice.

The lanai and pool are great, and the views in the backyard with the canal are wonderful.

Very nice manager, helpful.

This house is very nice!

It is immaculate and has comfortable furniture in both bedrooms, living room, and kitchen area!

The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, and we loved the big kitchen island. So nice to sit there and talk to the ones who cook! I love the coffee machine !!

The Master bathroom is huge and luxurious.

It has one of the biggest lanais I have ever seen, so much space and the pool was lovely and beautiful views over the canal!

Great location close to Del Prado Blvd with walking distance to restaurants, Walmart, Publix, etc.

I will book it again when we visit Cape Coral, a great vacation!

Easy to get in contact with the manager, and she is accommodating!
