"Beautiful Home"

The house was beautiful! We had a great stay at the house over Christmas 2020. It was in a safe, quiet neighborhood and was just a few minutes drive to grocery stores, Walgreens and restaurants. Our kids 14, 12, 9 and 6 loved the pool. We had more than enough room for all 6 of us. Would highly recommend this house.

"Enjoyed our stay"

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. The home was clean, lovely and well appointed. Coffee maker, grill, kitchen tools, bath and beach towels, laundry facilities etc. The pool and spa were lovely, our girls spent many hours swimming. We enjoyed the morning sun with coffee on the lanai and listening to the fish jump in the canal late at night. We had a fun , quick trip to the Farmer's Market on Tuesday to get some fresh food to have at the house. We enjoyed a day of fishing and rented a boat a different day near the marina down the street to get us to the Gulf waters of Cayo Costa and drove to Sanibel another day. We also enjoyed the local beach on the river right in town. Cape Coral is a much larger town than I had imagined, with many, many restaurants, ice cream shops, and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

What are you most beautiful home in Cape Coral. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is stocked with anything and everything you need. It felt like we were at home. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful vacation and we. Would definitely love to return.

Enjoyed my stay at this house immensely. The house is totally supplied with all needs and very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Cape Coral. Management was available immediately for any needs we had (ie: filled propane tank for grill).

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was a nice quiet location. Plenty of room for all 4 of us and nicely decorated. One nice upgrade would be to put TVs in the other 2 bedrooms. We may want to rent it again next year. Thanks fro providing a great place for us to stay.

"Great place"

We recently stayed at this home from March 3rd to the 10th. It was absolutely beautiful and as the previous poster said the pictures certainly don’t do this house any justice. The house is situated on the canal which my husband and 14 year old thought was pretty neat. We were constantly seeing fish jump however had no success in catching any, still super entertaining! The pool and outside Lenai area were beautiful! There’s a nice patio set to lounge on, as well as sun tan loungers and a outdoor table! This was where we spent a good portion of our time!

The inside of the house was absolutely beautiful and I came home wishing I had that home in our home town! It has the best layout along with bathrooms in each of the bedrooms. It was well equipped with all the essentials and more!

We really didn’t run into any issues besides the hot water and the maintenance man was over within hours of us speaking with the property manager!

I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone and hope one day we can return!

"Clean, well stocked, and updated property!"

Enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral at this property! Plentiful sheets, towels and beach towels available (quality products, too). House was very clean upon arrival. Pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed the ability to open living area to lanai. Kitchen was well stocked! Highly recommend! Owner and property manager have great communication and easy to work with.

"Simply Spectacular House!"

My family and I spent Christmas vacation in Cape Coral. Every morning we enjoyed the sunrise and we spent most of our time on the pool patio overlooking the waterway. The photos of the property do not do it justice. The rooms were spacious, well decorate and appointed. The pool is unheated and large with a spa, and the patio area was adequate for drinks after a day at the beach. An unexpected treat was a bottle of Red Wine waiting for us.
I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a relaxing and luxury experience. The location was great. We were close both the beach and Cape Coral Parkway, where all the restaurants and shops are. Our expectations were exceeded. We will definitely be visiting again.

"Beautiful House"

I am retired and recently widowed. This was my first time as a Snowbird. I rented this splendid house from Dec, 2015 through March, 2016, to escape, for the first time, a New England winter. While large for one person, the house is luxurious - spacious, beautifully decorated, and elaborately furnished with everything needed (especially in the kitchen). I greatly enjoyed opening the room-wide sliders in the 2 living rooms to the large, screened-in lanai and pool, allowing breezes to fill the house. The very-high ceilings, and ceiling fans kept the house cool, even on warm days. Then, of course, there is also the pool and spa. The canal behind the house was endlessly interesting - watching the current and tides move in, hearing the fish jumping, and seeing the occasional boat pass by.

The neighborhood is quiet and it is an easy trip to the grocery store and a couple of great restaurants (Lobster Lady and Ceno). In general, I found Cape Coral very easy to get around and this house well located for short drives to many restaurants, shopping, and parks.

The agents, Lisa and Sabrina, were wonderful, always respecting my privacy but still responding immediately when I had a question or needed a little help. I also had the opportunity to meet and have lunch with the owners just before the end of my stay. They are warm and gracious people and I felt such gratitude that they made this beautiful house available for me

In summary, for short or longer stays, in this house you are living in luxury and comfort. A great place!

Very gorgeous house and Great location.The boats passing by the waterway provided a time of fun and relaxing. The lanai beautiful.This is a great place.
