This large, beautiful home has it all. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms, Wi-Fi, TVs in all the bedrooms. Spacious living and 'Sport's Room,' which include billiard and three flat-screen TVs. Travelers who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will get back 80% of the amount they've paid . If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund (unless we will be able to rent the property again for the full term of the original reservation)

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE
If there is a threat of a hurricane approaching, refunds will be granted only under the following conditions:
When a "mandatory evacuation order" is issued by the Local Authorities for the area of residence where the property is located. Starting from the day, the authorities order a mandatory evacuation until the Hurricane Warning is lifted: We will refund any unused portion of rent only during the above time.
We suggest all the guests purchase travel insurance to protect their deposit.
Cancellations must be in writing

"Perfect Home for large group"
The home was extremely comfortable for our group. The house was clean with ample living space and a beautiful kitchen with a gas stove top, large sub zero refrigerator and all the cooking utensils you would need! The backyard views were spectacular where you could enjoy a morning coffee, layout by the pool or have a night cap in the evening! Sabrina, the property manager, was always prompt in responding to my texts and always fulfilled my requests! I would not hesitate to recommend this property!
"Nice house in convenient location"
We enjoyed our 5-night stay at this property. It had everything we needed for our time at the home and was convenient to restaurants, the beach and other destinations that were on our list to take in. Beds were comfortable and the pool was a welcomed addition after a day in the hot sun. Great place to stay if you are traveling with a lot of people or have a large family.

This house is just as advertised. It is beautiful, clean and perfect for a large family or multi-family. The bedrooms are perfectly spaced out for privacy, pool is amazing and loved the close walk to the ocean. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.
"House itself is a vacation spot!"
This rental was more than we expected! Beautiful inside and outside. The pool table room was an added bonus. The teenagers enjoyed this feature a lot! The pool and patio area is large and comfortable. We hired a mobile therapist to come to the house. She set up under the covered patio area and we had massages by the pool. It was like being on an island! Beds were very comfortable. It is a short 2-3 minute drive to the beach. There are a few convenient parking lots by the beach entrance. We would definitely stay here again.
"Excellent"
This was a beautiful home in a great location. The property was exactly as described and pictured. We really enjoyed the layout with our large family, not cramped at all with plenty of space to spend time together. We all loved the pool and the pool table. Sabrina was very responsive and accommodating. The end of our trip was interrupted by a storm and we were allowed a late check out and/or additional nights if needed for a very reasonable rate. In the end, when we decided to check out a day early to beat the storm, Sabrina refunded the additional night which was unexpected but very much appreciated. I would recommend this to any friends or family and would definitely stay here again if we are in town.
"Fantastic Location, Gorgeous Home with All the BEST Amenities"
This waterfront home is one of the BEST we have ever rented! A sprawling floor plan with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on one side and 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on the other side is perfect for family and friends traveling together. Divided by a fully-stocked kitchen, a formal and casual dining area, a laundry nook, a cozy seating area and a pool table, this home exceeded our expectations. The oustide patio area is really lovely; the pool is perfectly heated, a chest of pool toys sits nearby. A shaded seating area, a high-quality grill and plenty of towels, lounge and beach chairs adds to your comfort. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The beds are firm, but comfortable and our 8 guests had zero complaints...quality sheets and extra pillows are an elegant touch. Communication with Sabrina was professional and pro-active. She was very responsive to our questions. Being so close to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and only 10 minutes from the impressive Pompano Beach/ pier/recreation area to the north and Lauderdale Beach and Las Olas to the south made this the ideal spot for us to fulfill our vacation dreams. An attention to detail by "thinking like a guest" makes this rental a stellar choice. We hope to return with more family in the future. BRAVO!

We had a great time at this property. The house is large and well equipped with plenty of space for a larger family. The location is perfect in the Landings section of Lauderdale by the Sea. Quiet and beautifully manicured neighborhood close to the beach in a great section of Fort Lauderdale. Excellent communication with Sabrina. Highly recommended.
