Travelers who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will get back 80% of the amount they've paid . If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund (unless we will be able to rent the property again for the full term of the original reservation)
the 20% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes) will be not refundable in any case.

• Early departure does not constitute a refund in any case.
• No refunds will be given for storms or bad weather
IN CASE OF A HURRICANE

If there is a threat of a hurricane approaching, refunds will be granted only under the following conditions:

When a "mandatory evacuation order" is issued by the Local Authorities for the area of residence where the property is located. Starting from the day, the authorities order a mandatory evacuation until the Hurricane Warning is lifted: We will refund any unused portion of rent only during the above time.

We suggest all the guests purchase travel insurance to protect their deposit.
Cancellations must be in writing

The property is at a great location. Very spacious the renter was great with communication. Wish there was information regarding kitchen appliances. Overall everything was GREAT!!

We can’t even find the words to express our gratitude. From start to finish this was the best house we could have chosen. Sabrina was responsive for any inquiry before we left and while we were there. The house is immaculate and has E everything you could think of. Renting a house vs a condo was for us a comfort measure to avoid crowded lobbies with COVID but most importantly gave us the comfort of not rushing to poolside at the crack of dawn to get chairs. We had the privacy we needed. The outside area is everything you need. Perfect size pool and patio. The location is great we could hop on the hwy and be at Hollywood boardwalk in 20 mins, Delray in 35, 5 mins to Lauderdale by the sea. Amazing restaurants nearby. So much to do. Will definitely be booking here again. From our pics on social media I have family and friends already begging for the listing as they want to go there too!

This space was exactly what our family was seeking. Quiet, private, and close to all the hustle if we wanted it. Management was prompt and helpful. One couldn't ask for more in a relaxing poolside retreat. We've already recommended it to others.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home and back yard. The neighborhood was very nice and we walked to many restaurants and stores. The pool area was very private, lush, and quiet, with great outdoor furniture. We highly recommend this great property.
