"Great affordable place to call home for a few weeks!"

We had a great time at this property. This was our first time using VRBO and weren't sure what to expect. The home was clean, had everything we needed including a ton of towels, sheets, pool stuff and chairs. We had a couple of small issues that were resolved immediately by Sabrina who was very responsive. The neighborhood is not exactly a 5 star area, but the location is unbeatable. We could walk to beach in 5-7 minutes and to grocery store in 10 minutes. We will definitely stay here or at another Sabrina location again.

Nice home with wonderful outdoor space to include pool/spa, large patio, deck, and outdoor furniture overlooking the intercoastal.

We enjoyed watching the beautiful boats pass by throughout the day. Short walk to the beach and to various restaurants.

"Lovely stay in a perfect house !"

This house is just as beautiful as it is in the pictures, we had a great stay here and enjoyed the house and the outside space.

The pool and new spa is great, both the teenagers and adults loved it, and the location by the canal is so nice !

The kitchen has everything you need, loads of pots and pans and very clean, the whole house is very clean !

All bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses and the bedrooms are big.

The beach is only a a short walk away, just a coupe fo minutes and its a safe neighborhood !

Manager Sabrina was easy to contact and helped us with every question we had.

We will come again, 100% !!

Recommend it to every family that loves a great pool and close to the beach and want a clean and nice house !

"Great house for family reunion"

We were very comfortable here with ages 3months to 60. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom! The Innercoastal provided visual entertainment all day long and watching it was a pleasant way to relax. The pool was a big hit for everybody. The location is perfect for walking to beach, restaurants and grocery store. The Pompano Beach is clean and inviting with wide sidewalks and grassy areas for rest or recreation. We shall return!

Great location. 7 min walk to the beach. Pictures don’t do the house justice. My wife’s favorite thing to do was watch the boats and yachts travel by on the intercostal while relaxing in the pool. The property manager Sabrina is super easy the deal with. I would definitely return to the area and rent this house again.

Absolutely loved this place. Had everything you would need from linens to beach towels to pool toys. Sabrina is an outstanding hostess who responds quickly with questions or concerns. Loved LOVED my time here.

Läget på hus Maria är underbart ! Vid kanal med pool och framförallt gångavstånd till stranden som är jättefin ! Sabrina hjälpte till med sin kunskap om Pompano Beach. Huset är stort och fint.

"Wonderful place"

We had a great stay. The place is beautiful. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and pots/pans, appliances so we could cook..but the place is also close to lots of restaurants. So we enjoyed trying the local restaurants. We enjoyed the heated pool and watching the boats go by on the canal. The location was amazing-close to shopping and beaches. I highly recommend this place. It’s beautifully decorated and has more than enough room. We would definitely stay here again!

I’m not kidding you when I say this is THE. BEST. PROPERTY. EVER. We had so much fun... it was soooo hard to leave to explore Pompano Beach and surround areas! We tell all our friends about this property and we will definitely be back! Oh! And our 7yo and 5yo learned to swim WITHOUT assistance here — that’s how much we didn’t leave the house! 🙂 stay here! The house is amazing! And Sabrina is great!

"Beautiful View & Wonderful Memories"

We found Villa Maria exactly as described, very clean, neat and well-stocked, with everything in working order throughout our stay. The European decor was charming. The pool area was incredibly impressive. It’s very large and includes a large dining table set, a sofa with armchairs, loungers and even a covered outdoor day-bed and hammock. The floats provided enabled us to float around the pool for hours admiring the view. It was tremendous to relax there and watch the boats of every size float by. The view of the intracoastal from both inside and outside of the home made Villa Maria an ideal place for us to spend 9 very private, relaxing and pleasant days.

"Perfect location for a great vacation in Pompano Beach"

We were a party of 6 and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Sabrina was very easy and helpful to communucate with both before and during the stay. We thought the house was even better in reality than on the pictures. The view of the Intracostal Canal, the pool and the close walk to the beach made it perfect for us. The house is well equipped and was very clean on arrival. Any issues was taken care of right away. We would love to comeback again.

La casa está cerca de la playa donde celebramos el 4 de julio. Tiene todo lo que necesita en la cocina y una buena barbacoa y agradable estar en la parte de atrás junto a la piscina y sentarse y observar los barcos que pasan por el canal. Ojalá hubiéramos alquilado un bote, pero lo haremos la próxima vez porque lo volveremos a alquilar.

Recibimos ayuda de inmediato cuando el lavaplatos no funcionaba, el gerente llamó al plomero que llegó en 2 horas. Muy contento con esta casa.

"Beautiful location"

A great Family space. 3 blocks from the beach. Sunsets while swimming in the pool, overlooking the inter coastal. Whatever your favorite activity is, this place is only minutes from it. The pool is a great for viewing the many yachts. If you want beach access, privacy and your own pool, this has all that and more.

"Amazing view"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sabrina's home. You can't beat the view and the activity on the waterway. We spent numerous hours watching the boats go by the house. The house was clean and well stocked. All the beds were extremely comfortable. Great having a tv in each bedroom! There were bicycles in the garage but they were locked up - we did not inquire as to whether they could be rented; but that would be a nice additional feature. There are a few restaurants/bars within walking distance and the beach is also a short walk from the house. We would stay again if we are back in the area.

"The house and grounds are beautiful!"

There were six adults in our party and we loved the house and the location. There were a few issues which Sabrina responded too very quickly. The house was very clean, there were plenty of towels. We really enjoyed our stay. If the issues had not come up I would have give the house 5 stars.

"Beautiful views, great location! But a lot of "little things" that add up to create annoyances"

When we got to the house we were WOWed with the amazing views and location. The house is clean and well kept, although slightly dated (which didn't bother us since it was a rental). The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. (but bring your own corkscrew), an there were plenty of linens and towels. The beds are comfy but the pillows are like pancakes (bring your own if possible). The kitchen is tiny and hard to cook in. Also, you are not allowed to turn the AC below 72 degrees. At that temp the house was a little too warm all the time, but especially while cooking! It took hours to cool down after cooking, which is a let down when being able to cook your own meals is one of the reasons to rent a house. The back bedroom was always noticeably warmer, and the fan squeaks a lot, making it hard to sleep. The pool was very buggy, and the filter didn't seem to be doing its job. The toilets run. And for a house thats supposed to accommodate 6 people, the water heater must be very small. We were lucky if 2 people in a row could get a hot shower, let alone 6. The recycling and garbage cans were full when we got there, so we had to put out someone else's trash. Overall, we had a good time and were able to look past most of these little things. We will likely try somewhere else next time unless some improvements are made to this property.

"Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!"

This was our second time renting this house and both times the house was exactly as described and very CLEAN. We have never met Sabrina but she was very accommodating, especially since we kept making changes. She always responded right away and if we needed anything Dean the (maintenance manager) would take care of it immediately. I remember the first trip there was no propane left in the grill we emailed Sabrina and Dean brought it right over and even brought a back up if we needed it. That was really all we needed the house is fully stocked. A very RELAXING house sitting on the dock at night watching the boats go by was one of our favorite things to do! Thank you Sabrina for everything! Can;t wait til next year 🙂

"Great place !!"

Very nice place in a great location.. Sabrina was great, very easy to deal with and very responsive. Would definitely recommend using her for your stay. The only down fall was house is located on fast zone inercoastal which therefore gave no place to dock a boat. than . Otherwise everything was good.

all I can say is excellence!! From booking with Sabrina to the location of the house, this was by far the best relaxing vacation we have had in a long time. The beach is a short walk away and the mega yachts going down the inner coastal while you are in the pool is breath taking. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths fit our family well.

"Wonderful house with wonderful pool and wonderful view"

We really loved staying here. The house is wonderful in so many ways - the open layout; the nice furniture; the beautiful pool which is always a perfect temperature, and of course the great scenery of the intercoastal. We had a family birthday party and everything we needed was here for preparing and swerving food. House is complete with toys for little kids, a TV in every room and a Nintendo with a nice selection of games. It even had noodles and floats for the pool. Washer and Dryer in garage was handy, and extra refrigerator was a bonus for having family over. We loved it so much, we extended our stay for 2 days and wanted to stay even longer. Easy access to entire house with one shallow step at door, and no steps inside house. Beds were all comfortable; plenty of towels and even beach towels. Only thing I wanted was an extra reading light on left side of bed in master bedroom.

We love this house! Very clean and comfortable. Great for kids as well. It's close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and parks.

Uma vista maravilhosa com os barcos passando pelo canal. A casa oferece conforto e muita calma. Podemos ir andando até a praia que é uma delícia. Bem próximo do centrinho e do pier, lugar convidativo para um passeio no final da tarde. Lá acontecem alguns eventos musicais e feirinhas bastante interessantes. É possível alugar um barco e parar na sua casa! Alugamos Jetski e caiaque para passear pelo canal. Muita diversão ! A casa oferece tudo que precisamos, muito bem equipada e prática. Sabrina é muito gentil e prestativa; a reserva e o pagamento foram feitos com facilidade. As fotos mostram realmente como a casa é. As camas e travesseiros tem capa de proteção contra ácaros, achei muito bom!

We realy enjoy the setup . The house is ok for the price: it was very clean , nothing missing, maby the garrage door should be repaint because it do not give a good first impression.

We really enjoyed the house on Pompano Beach. The house was clean and equipped with most everything that we needed. The location is great and is within walking distance to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shopping, as well as, just relaxing on the patio and enjoying the tropical foliage and intercoast waterway with beautiful boat pass by. The house was very comfortable for the four of us. The outside patio covered with a awning made it a relaxing area for us in the morning and afternoon for out espresso breaks. I can't say anything bad about our time there. The manager Sabrina was very accommodating for any our request and the reservation was smooth and easy. We will recommend this house to our friend and family. we will be back the next year!

I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic March Break vacation at your 505 Riverside Drive rental house. The location was perfect! My family thoroughly enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and watching all of the boats go by in the backyard. The house was clean, well maintained and included everything that we needed. We would definitely like to return next year! Until then, we are back in the snowy north, enjoying -20 degree Celcius weather and huge snow banks!
